Option #1

• Eight to fourteen (8-14) additional semester hours from:
  • HSP 212 - Housekeeping Practicum (2 semester hours)  
  • HSP 213 - Food and Beverage Practicum (2 semester hours)  
  • HSP 394 - Cooperative Education Experience–Hospitality Management Leadership (4-10 semester hours)  

​Option #2

• Twenty-two to thirty (22-30) additional semester hours from:
• EXP 301 - Work, Ethics, and the Good Life (1 semester hour)  
  • Twenty-one (21) hours minimum from:
    • ​HSP 390 - Cooperative Education Experience–Housekeeping (6-9 semester hours)  
    • HSP 392 - Cooperative Education Experience–Food & Beverage (6-10 semester hours)  
    • HSP 394 - Cooperative Education Experience–Hospitality Management Leadership (4-10 semester hours)

• Three (3) semester hours from:
  • BUS 335 - Study Abroad in Business   
  • BUS 370 - Intercultural Communications   
  • JPS 100 - Basic Japanese for Business   
  • SPA 100 - Basic Spanish for Business   
  • One semester of a foreign language
  • Three (3) semester hours of EFL coursework
