  • A student completing a major in Accounting may earn a major in Business Administration or Management by completing an emphasis of study (may not be the same emphasis) for each of these majors.
  • A student who has previously earned their bachelor’s degree from Lakeland or other post-secondary institutions in Business Administration or Management major is eligible to pursue earning a major in Accounting, provided a student meets Lakeland residency requirements of degree/major.
  • A student completing a major in Accounting is not eligible to earn a minor in Business Administration.
  • A student is eligible to complete an optional Cooperative Education emphasis specific to Accounting.
  • A student may not earn both areas of emphasis if available to their major (or if selecting as an optional emphasis to add-on). It must be one or the other.
