MAT 220 - Probability and Statistics Semester Hours: 3 The elementary principles of probability and statistics including expectation, means, standard deviations, probability distributions, and hypothesis testing. Applications to business and the social sciences are presented. A course fee applies to this course. Fees are for electronic course materials, specific supplies for the course or a recital or lab associated fee.
Pre-requisites: MAT 120 - Quantitative Reasoning or MAT 140 - Advanced Algebra or ACT score at or above 24 or placement.
