Semester Hours: 1
This course is a continuation of Folk Song History and Research Level I. In this course, students will be able to continue to study folk songs in historical and cultural contexts. Students will be able to focus on detailed folk song analysis techniques and apply them to a personal folk song collection. Students will be able to work on an index-retrieval system for subsequent application of folk songs within a music curriculum.

Pre-requisites: MU 612 - Folk Song History and Research I (2 semester hours)
