This course is an advanced study of the behavior of buyers of goods and services. Topics include the following: buyer wants and needs; purchasing patterns; buyer decision making; shopping behavior; relationships between buyers and product brands; market segmentation; cultural, social and psychological, and economic influences on behavior.
