Students with Disabilities

Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 require that colleges and universities do not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants and students with documented disabilities. Lakeland College will provide reasonable accommodations for students who have presented appropriate documentation of their disabilities and limitations.
