This course is designed for managers with little to no prior experience in budget management. It provides a foundational understanding of budgeting concepts and practical tools to help managers create, manage, and monitor budgets in their teams or departments. The course emphasizes hands-on, real-world applications of budgeting principles to align resources with organizational goals, track expenses, and support decision-making in day-to-day operations. Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
