BUS 201 - Introduction to Leadership: Concepts and Practices Semester Hours: 3 Offered at Lakeland University Japan Campus: this course introduces students to the concepts and qualities of leadership, and how leadership continues to evolve. Through readings, case studies and self-assessment, students will have opportunities to analyze their leadership traits and consider how they can leverage their leadership skills and/or develop ones they don’t have. The primary goal of this course is to provide students with knowledge on how to apply leadership skills in their personal and or professional lives and to challenge them to identify the kind of leader they want to be.
