FSQ 390 - Cooperative Education Experience–Food Safety & Quality (1-12 semester hours)

Semester Hours: 1-12
Students will be immersed within the food processing industry learning and applying the industry standards for any of a number of roles associated with the area of food safety and quality within the company in which the student is placed.

Pre-requisites: EXP 100 - Professional Protocol (1 semester hour)  and BUS 492 - Organizational Leadership , or consent by both the faculty and the off-site company.

Offered: Year-Round.
