BIO 301 - Developmental Biology Semester Hours: 3 This course introduces students to major ideas and mechanisms of early embryonic development in animals. Major topics of focus include examination of the stages of early development, embryo morphogenesis, cellular and biochemical differences that arise during development, and examination of different types of genetic control that influence these events.
Pre-requisites: BIO 262 - Genetics (4 semester hours) .
