Cooperative Education Minor

Students who have successfully completed a minor in Cooperative Education from Lakeland University should be able to:

Apply classroom skills and knowledge to real-world problems.
Analyze an organization’s culture and practices.
Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior.
Formulate a plan for continued professional development and success.

Cooperative Education Minor (23 semester hours)

EXP 100 - Professional Protocol (1 semester hour)
EXP 300 - Experiential Learning Seminar (1 semester hour)
- Co-requisite with first experience of EXP 390 /XXX 390 - Cooperative Education Experience
EXP 301 - Work, Ethics, and the Good Life (1 semester hour)
- Co-requisite with second experience of EXP 390 /XXX 390 Cooperative Education Experience
Any combination of: EXP 390 - Cooperative Education Experience (1-12 semester hours) and/or XXX 390 Cooperative Education Experience for a total of twenty (20) semester hours

A student may not complete the Cooperative Education minor if a cooperative education emphasis or option is available in their selected major.
International students may not complete the Cooperative Education minor.
