Nursing is at the forefront of the health care industry and with employers increasingly requiring nursing staff to hold a B.S.N., now is the perfect time to begin that journey. The R.N. to B.S.N. Completion Program at Lakeland University provides liberal arts education focusing on critical thinking, complex problem solving, effective communication, and professional success.
The R.N. to B.S.N. Completion Program is dedicated to preparing registered nurses for advancement in their professional practice. The program is designed to build on the knowledge, skills, and abilities gained in the student’s associate degree nursing program. We strive to ensure that the baccalaureate graduate grows personally, advances with increasing competence professionally, and carries on the lifelong learning process that is important for optimal development as a practitioner in the discipline of nursing.
