Tax issues related to gifts, trusts, and estate planning. While attention is given to federal tax planning, the course focuses on issues pertaining specifically to state and local tax requirements and the planning therefor. Current tax issues related to estates, trusts, and state and local taxation are also reviewed.

Pre-requisites: ACC 355K - Federal Income Tax II and ACC 471 - Advanced Accounting I .
