MUSE 320 - Classroom Instruments for General Music Teachers (1 semester hour)

Semester Hours: 1
Students will learn to play instruments most commonly used in kindergarten through 6th grade music classrooms. Skills will be developed on the accompaniment instruments such as guitar and autoharp and melody instruments such as the recorder. Class will meet one hour each week and significant practice will be required between class meetings. This course is open to other education students upon consent of the instructor.

Pre-requisites: EDU 100 - Introduction to Education  or MUSE 150 - Introduction to Music Education .
