BUS 468 - Employee and Labor Relations Semester Hours: 3 Course examines collective bargaining, labor market fundamentals, unionism, and related issues of labor economics. Labor concepts, processes, ethics and costs are explored for their application and implications in the business world. Emphasis is placed on current laws, practices and trends related to the various aspects of labor relations and collective bargaining.
Pre-requisites: BUS 380 - Human Resource Management .
Offered: alternating semesters in the Kellett School.
