CRJ 348 - Corrections in America Semester Hours: 3 An examination of the historical context, philosophical concepts and major developments which have shaped corrections in the United States. Various sentencing options, correctional programs and the role of corrections in the larger justice system are examined.
Pre-requisites: CRJ 140 - Introduction to Criminal Justice .
