BIO 233 - Industrial Microbiology Practicum (1-4 semester hours)

Semester Hours: 1-4
Working in an industrial microbiology lab, students will gain hands-on experience with correct sterile procedures in handling cultures, staining techniques and microbiology’s industrial application.

Pre-requisites: BIOC 200 - Industrial Microbiology (4 semester hours) .

Note: Approval is needed to pursue the Food Safety and Quality program’s Science Pathway B from the Chair of the Natural Science Division.
