Pell Grant Census Policy

In accordance with federal regulations, the Financial Aid and Educational Funding Office will recalculate Federal Pell Grant amounts based on the enrollment status and commence enrollment process as of the published Census Date. The census dates are:

Fall 2021, September 13, 2021

Spring 2022, January 28, 2022

Summer 2022, June 3, 2022

The Federal Pell Grant will NOT be recalculated for classes added after the published date for the terms. If a student withdraws from all classes, a Title IV Return of funds must be calculated. Please refer to the Return of Title IV Federal Student Aid  policy for more information.
