Pell Grant Census Policy

In accordance with federal regulations, the Financial Aid and Educational Funding Office will recalculate Federal Pell Grant awards based on the enrollment status and commence enrollment process as of the published Census Date. The census dates are:

Fall 2019, September 13, 2019

Spring 2020, January 31, 2020

Summer 2020, June 5, 2020

The Federal Pell Grant will NOT be recalculated for classes added after the published date for the terms. If a student withdraws from all classes, a Title IV Return of funds must be calculated. Please refer to the Return of Title IV Federal Student Aid  policy for more information.
